Experimental studies on the biological characteristics of Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus (Acari: Phytoseiidae)

The biology of Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus was studied at 5 different constant temperatures and life tables were constructed. The intrinsic rates of natural increase were 0.0936, 0.1425, 0.1970, 0.2748 and 0.2638, the net reproductive rates 21.2, 26.76, 29.85, 33.11 and 28.21 and the mean generation times 32.63, 25.30, 17.24, 12.76 and 12. 67 days at 18, 22, 26, 30 and 34 degrees C, resp.
