Genetic control of resistance in Triticum aestivum L. to the pathogen Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides Fron. Deighton

Susceptible monosomic lines of Bezostaya 1 and ditelosomic lines of Chinese Spring were crossed with the resistant variety Roason. The hybrids and parents were inoculated at the coleoptile stage. Resistance in Roason was controlled by genes located on the short arm of chromosomes 7A, 2D, 3B and 3D, the long arm of 2A and 6A, and an unidentified arm of 5D.
