Labelling of Oriental fruit moth (Grapholitha molesta Busck) by radioactive isotopes 32P and 14C

Labelling of Oriental fruit moth (Grapholitha molesta Busck) by radioactive isotopes 32P and 14C

Rasteniev' dni Nauki 25(2): 100-107

Laboratory tests were carried out in Bulgaria on the radioactive labelling of Grapholita molesta with 32P (introduced into the nutrient solution of the adults in the form of KH232 PO4, specific activities 2.5 and 5.0 Ci/ml) and with 14C (included as 14 C-glucose in the semisynthetic larval diet, specific activities 0.5, 0.75, 1.0 and 1.6 mu Ci/g).
