Malignant lymphoma and lymphoid leukosis induced in sheep by bovine leukosis virus: a model of a malignant disorder of B lymphocytes

Malignant lymphoma and lymphoid leukosis induced in sheep by bovine leukosis virus: a model of a malignant disorder of B lymphocytes

Bulletin de l' Academie Nationale de Medecine 172(7): 895-905

The haematological and neoplastic disorders induced in sheep by experimental bovine leukemia virus (BLV) infection were studied over 56 months following infection. Twelve of 19 BLV-inoculated sheep developed an increase in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL).
