Mycoflora and mycotoxins in some foodstuffs

The mycoflora and mycotoxin content of 60 food samples obtained in Ankara and other Turkish cities were determined. A total of 233 moulds were isolated from 27 different types of food, including 123 (52.80%) Penicillium and 40 (17.20%) Aspergillus spp.
