Possibilities of isolating the protein of winged beans (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus L. DC) and the medicinal use of winged bean protein in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Possibilities of isolating the protein of winged beans (Psophocarpus tetragonolobus L. DC) and the medicinal use of winged bean protein in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Agricultura Tropica et Subtropica (21): 81-88

Preparations designated Prodavit (produced from the protein fraction of untreated ripe seeds of P. tetragonolobus Chimbu) and Polamina (produced from isolated hydrolysed proteins and a mixture of amino acids and oligopeptides enriched with sulphur-containing amino acids) are described.
