Quantatitive structure-activity relationships, conformational analyses and computer graphics study of triflumizole analogs, fungicidal N-(1-imidazol-1-ylalkylidene)anilines
Fungicidal activity of triflumizole and its analogues against cucumber powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca fuliginea) was analysed quantitatively using physiochemical structural parameters and regression analysis. The results showed that steric, electronic and hydrophobic effects of substituents on the benzene ring were important for the fungicidal activity.
