Seasonal and long-term trends in Truckee River nutrient concentrations and loadings to Pyramid Lake, Nevada: a terminal saline lake

Seasonal and long-term trends in Truckee River nutrient concentrations and loadings to Pyramid Lake, Nevada: a terminal saline lake

Water Research Oxford 24(8): 1031-1040

Long-term (1973-1987) estimates and seasonal trends of fluvial mass-transport of P and N to a terminal lake from a primary water source are presented. Total N to total P loading ratios are related to changes in quality and quantity of treated sewage effluent discharged to the river.
