In field trials at Chinju, S. Korea in 1983-86, forage yields of barley increased with increasing NPK rates reaching an av. of 20.61, 19.27 and 21.02 t FW/ha in wheat Oweolbori and Olmil and barley Chalbori, resp. with 240 kg N + 200 kg P2O5 + 200 kg K20/ha. Forage yields of wheat Oweolbori and Olmil also increased as the sowing rate increased from 160 to 240 kg/ha.
