Study on the ELISA for monitoring antibodies to bovine leukosis virus in artificially infected sheep

Study on the ELISA for monitoring antibodies to bovine leukosis virus in artificially infected sheep

Chinese Journal of Veterinary Science and Technology (7): 3-5

The sensitivity and specificity of the ELISA described were good. All of 50 gel diffusion-positive sheep sera tested were also positive in the ELISA, and 40 healthy sheep sera were negative in the ELISA.
