Synergism of monomer and polymer protein components in the diets of experimental animals
An approach to studying the anabolic effectivity of low molecular protein components in the animal diets is proposed. It is shown that the combination of low molecular (mixtures of L-amino acids) with high molecular components increases the biological value of the protein substances in the ration.
