Synthesis and anthelmintic activity of a series of pyrazino[2,1-a][2]benzazepine derivatives

, : Synthesis and anthelmintic activity of a series of pyrazino[2,1-a][2]benzazepine derivatives. Journal of Medicinal Chemistry 32(9): 2058-2062

The synthesis and structure-activity relationships of a series of 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,12b-octahydropyrazinoenzazepine derivatives are described. Many of these compounds were active in vitro against Taenia crassiceps.
