, : System transfer function of the grassland ecosystem of Bihar. Rangelands resource and management Proceedings of the National Rangeland Symposium, IGFRI, Jhansi, November 9-12, 1987: 93-96

The grasslands in the Gangetic plain at Barh, Bihar, were studied to understand their system transfer function. The total net production (TNP) was 781.01 and 596.75 g/msuperscript 2 per year on protected and grazed grassland, resp. The contribution to TNP by aboveground and belowground plant parts was 1.47 and 0.66 g on protected and 0.97 and 0.66 g/msuperscript 2 per day on grazed grasslands, resp.
