The impact of sunflower on the rural income of the farmers in Mardan District: farmers' perception and technological issues

The cropping pattern into which the farmers fitted sunflowers in Mardan District, Pakistan, is examined together with their perceptions of the prospects of spring and autumn sunflower. Data were collected from spring sunflower growing farmers using questionnaire interviews in 1986.
