The purification and analysis of some features of nuclear polyhedrosis virus of Apocheima cinerarius

The purification and analysis of some features of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of the poplar pest Apocheima cinerarium are described. The virions and nucleocapsids differed in their ultraviolet absorption spectra. The DNA content of PIBs was about 6 mu g/ mg, and the determination of the amino acid composition of the PIBs showed a recovery rate of about 77.09%.
