Aflatoxin-producing potential of Aspergillus flavus on natural substrates

Aflatoxin-producing potential of Aspergillus flavus on natural substrates

Repositorio de Trabalhos do LNIV 21: 123-131

Of 114 A. flavus isolates investigated, 69 (60.52%) produced aflatoxins (at 0.004-391.9 micro g/kg) on natural substrates, including maize, barley and rice.
