900 stellate sturgeons were typed at 24 loci, using starch- and polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis. Nine enzyme loci were polymorphic. Gene frequencies are tabulated. Average heterozygosity per locus was 0.093+or-0.003. Of all loci studied, 31% exhibited duplicate gene expression.
