Anastomosis grouping in isolates of Rhizoctonia solani causing rice sheath blight disease

Anastomosis grouping in isolates of Rhizoctonia solani causing rice sheath blight disease

Indian Phytopathology 41(3): 351-354

Isolates of R. solani were collected from rice in Assam, India. All 15 isolates anastomosed with each other and were identified as belonging to anastomosis group 1, type 2. They differed in some cultural characteristics, some growing more rapidly than others.
