Barley doubled haploid induced mutants obtained with the use of the bulbosum method

Induced mutants were obtained from doubled haploid (DH) lines of barley Aramir using 2 methods: (1) 2-week-old haploid seeds, obtained after crosses with Hordeum bulbosum, were treated with N-methyl-N-nitrosourea; and (2) mutagenically treated plants (tillers injected with the mutagen prior to meiosis) were crossed with H. bulbosum.
