Biochemical studies of root-knot nematodes with reference to their molecular taxonomy

Biochemical studies of root-knot nematodes with reference to their molecular taxonomy

Current Nematology 1(2): 95-102

There were characteristic differences in the number and staining intensities of proteins of Meloidogyne incognita and M. javanica. There were also significant differences in the staining activity of esterase, catalase and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase between the 2 species.
