, : Caprine mycoplasmal pneumonia in West Bengal (India): isolation, identification, in vitro drug sensitivity and pathological studies. Indian Journal of Animal Health 29(1): 5-7

Out of 161 (15.3%) cases of pneumonia in goats, 16 (9.94%) had Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides (large colony type) infection as identified by cultural, biochemical and growth inhibition tests. The isolate was highly sensitive to tylosin tartrate.
