Copper and zinc in sandy, granitic and schist soils

Environmental Technology 11(5): 463-468

Copper and zinc in sandy, granitic and schist soils

The distribution of total and available Cu and Zn in sandy, granitic and schist soils was investigated using a selection of different extractants. Relationships between Cu and Zn uptake by radish plants, Cu + Zn foliar contents, extractable Cu and Zn and several soil properties are discussed.
