Correlation of evapotranspiration of Virginia type tobacco with climatic conditions
In field trials in the province of Pinar del Rio, Cuba in 1984-86, the correlation of evapotranspiration of tobacco Speight G.28 grown in Dec.-Feb. with temp., number of daylight hours, relative evaporation, RH and air saturation deficit was studied. Evapotranspiration was significantly correlated with temp. and evaporation.
