Differences in the chemical composition of unifloral royal jelly and multifloral royal jelly

Differences in the chemical composition of unifloral royal jelly and multifloral royal jelly

Rivista della Societa Italiana di Scienza dell' Alimentazione 18(3): 149-154

Comparisons are given for 10 royal jelly samples taken from honeybee colonies after the flowering of a single plant species, and 5 other samples taken after the flowering of several species. The samples were analysed for 10 minerals, 18 amino acids, 8 fatty acids and 8 vitamins.
