Differentiated soil and water sparing cultivations

The influence of soil cultivation methods and soil moisture on crop yield is discussed, and the results of 10 year experiments, measuring the yield of wheat and barley after traditional ploughing and after discing, are analysed. Also compared are labour, fuel and other material requirements including machinery.
