Differentiation of cow, ewe and goat milk

The immunological method described in this paper gives an indication of the presence of cow and goat milk in ewe cheese. It is suitable for use, for example, as a screening method. To ensure there is no doubt over the results from this method, its use should be combined with other immunological or electrophoretic methods.
