Effect of frequency of concentrate feeding on some physiological parameters and productivity

Feeding high producing dairy cows 6, instead of 3, times daily on concentrates improved blood physiology. With feeding 3 times daily Hb value decreased from 10.6 to 9.3 g/100 ml. Concentration of protein in blood serum did not change with either feeding frequency.
