From 9 weeks old hybrid Moravia SSL pullets were fed on a feed mixture, or that mixture supplemented with rapeseed oilmeal (RSM) ("00" Tandem, containing glucosinolate 27.5 micro mol/g) at 5, 7.5 or 10% or with RSM ("0" Tandem, containing glucosinolate 75.12 micro mol/g) at 5 or 10%. The 6 diets contained glucosinolate 0, 1.38, 2.06, 2.75, 3.76 and 7.51 micro mol/g, respectively. Body weight at 18 weeks old was 1987, 2000, 1955, 2007, 1921 and 1890 g, respectively.
