Field evaluation of Deltaphos for control of sucking pests and bollworms during reproductive phase of cotton crop

Field trials were carried out in Punjab, India, in 1986-87 to compare the effectiveness of Deltaphos (a mixture of deltamethrin and triazophos) with that of several other insecticides against bollworms and sucking pests of cotton during the reproductive phase of the crop. The main pests were Amrasca biguttula biguttula Bemisia tabaci, Pectinophora gossypiella, Earias vittella and E. insulana.
