Genetic differentiation between two wild tetraploid wheats, Triticum dicoccoides and T. araraticum as revealed by RFLP analysis of organellar and nuclear DNA

Genetic differentiation between two wild tetraploid wheats, Triticum dicoccoides and T. araraticum as revealed by RFLP analysis of organellar and nuclear DNA

Wheat Information Service ( 72): 76-78

Using RFLP data from material collected across the geographic range of the 2 species, a dendrogram was constructed based on genetic distance. All 32 accessions of T. dicoccoides and a T. durum accession formed one cluster while all 24 T. araraticum accessions and one of T. timopheevii formed another cluster.
