Indian Dairyman 44(3): 125-128

1113 milk samples from mastitis-free cows of various breeds in the National Dairy Research Institutes's herd (Karnal, India) were used to investigate the possible association of milk proteins and their genetic variants with rennet curd firmness and heat stability of milk.
