Physico-chemical changes of bower trained grapes during development and maturity

Physico-chemical changes of bower trained grapes during development and maturity

Journal of Maharashtra Agricultural Universities 15(2): 156-158

Representative samples from 18 bower-trained vines of 10-year-old Thompson Seedless, Gulabi, Black Champa and Bangalore Blue grape cultivars were used for this study. A composite sample of 200 berries was collected at weekly intervals from veraison to maturity in 1985 to determine the various physical and quality attributes of the 4 cultivars.
