The content of beta -endotoxin in industrial samples of Dendrobacillin (Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. dendrolimus) was determined by Mancini radial immunodiffusion, Lawrell immunoelectrophoresis and an immunoenzyme technique. Samples produced from the same strain of Bacillus thuringiensis showed correlation of toxin content and biological activity.
