Seroepidemiological studies of canine parvovirus disease

Blood samples were collected form 105 apparently clinically healthy dogs, 10 weeks- 10 years of age of both sexes and various breeds. In all sera haemagglutination inhibiting antibodies were found at titres from 16 to 16 384. 23.8% of animals were previously vaccinated against CPV-2 and the titre of HI antibodies was not associated with the time of vaccination.
