Serological identification of lactic acid bacteria

Serological identification of lactic acid bacteria

Brief Communications of the XXIII International Dairy Congress, Montreal, October 8-12, 1990, Vol II: 352

Various serological reactions (precipitation, agglutination, gel immunodiffusion and luminescent antibody) were used for typing of 120 strains of lactic acid bacteria of different origin in cross-reaction with 35 type-specific antisera.
