A population of riding horses more than 4 years old, housed in different premises around Paris was used for a serological survey of adenovirus and rhinovirus. The serological prevalence of seroneutralizing antibodies was 79.4% for rhinovirus and 89.9% for adenovirus. No significant difference was seen between males and females in the population.
