Serological response of cows in late pregnancy to Iffavax bovine herpesvirus 1 vaccine

The French inactivated Iffavax vaccine against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis was given s.c. to 28 cows when about 7.5 months pregnant and again about a month later. Their serum geometric mean titre just before the first injection was 9.99 and 3 weeks after the first vaccination 29.65.
