Serological specificity of membrane protein antigen extracted from Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae

Serological specificity of membrane protein antigen extracted from Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae

Korean Journal of Plant Pathology 5(3): 300-305

Ouchterlony gel double diffusion reactions between each antiserum to the membrane protein complexes (MPC) of Korean race K1 (88015), K2 (88021), K3 (88025), Japanese race I (H87155) and II (H87146) of the rice bacterial blight pathogen and the MPC from which the antiserum was made, showed a clear precipitation line near the peripheral (antigen) well.
