Medical mycology A practical approach: 201-233

Serological tests used in the diagnosis of fungal infections, including double diffusion (immunodiffusion), counterimmunoelectrophoresis, agglutination, immunofluorescence, ELISA, complement fixation and other tests for the detection of antibodies are outlined and the choice of serodiagnostic test for mycoses are discussed.
