Serology of contagious agalactia of sheep: comparison between the ELISA and complement fixation tests

A preliminary study in healthy flocks established 100 units in the ELISA test as the positive threshold. The comparative study was carried out on a total of 3340 serum samples from scattered herds, and samples from all the ewes in nine flocks, a total of 1077.
