Serum progesterone profiles in buffaloes following two routes of PGF2-alpha administration

Serum progesterone profiles in buffaloes following two routes of PGF2-alpha administration

Indian Journal of Animal Sciences 60(8): 967-968

32 buffaloes with corpora lutea aged 8-10 days were injected intramuscularly with 25 mg PGF2 alpha or given 8 mg PGF2 alpha by the intravulvo-submucosal route. The interval from PG treatment to onset of oestrus averaged 82.3+or-6.51 and 93.8+or-9.95 h for the 2 groups resp.
