The Brassica oleracea rDNA spacer revisited


, : The Brassica oleracea rDNA spacer revisited. Plant Molecular Biology 18(5): 1013-1018

Nucleotide sequence data are presented for an EcoRI fragment (pBO11) containing the Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra [Brassica alboglabra] rDNA spacer (EMBL/GenBank/DDBJ accession no. X60324) which represents a correction to the sequence previously published by Bennett & Smith [Plant Molecular Biology (1991) 16 (6), 1095-1098]. The sequence is 206 bp longer than the previously published sequence and contains changes at more than 30 sites, most of which are single-base changes, deletions or insertions.
