The effect of mastitis and unhygienic milking conditions on bacteria counts in raw milk

The effect of mastitis and unhygienic milking conditions on bacteria counts in raw milk

Annals of Warsaw Agricultural University SGGW AR, Animal Science 23: 67-74

The effect of artificially-induced udder infections with Streptococcus agalactiae and unhygienic milking conditions on bacterial count in the raw milk from 4 cows was evaluated. The inclusion of milk from 1 clinically infected quarter increased the total bacterial counts significantly.
