ISSN/ISBN: 0491-4031

In trials at 2 localities with 3 feijoa cultivars (No. 3, No. 6 and No. 7) the interrows received the following treatments: (1) clean cultivation until Aug. then autumn green manures were sown conventionally (control), (2) sowing or spring green manures for subsequent mulching, (3) mulching with shredded peat at 300 t/ha, (4) intercropping with vegetable crops and (5) lucerne, ryegrass and clover were followed by clean cultivation.
