The effects of the chemosterilant 'Hempa' on the ultrastructure of spermatocytes of Locusta migratoria (Orthoptera: Acrididae)

, : The effects of the chemosterilant 'Hempa' on the ultrastructure of spermatocytes of Locusta migratoria (Orthoptera: Acrididae). Doga, Turk Biyoloji Dergisi 13(2): 72-87

The effects of hempa (at 0.01-1.50 micro g) on Locusta migratoria were studied. Injection of hempa caused vacuolation in the cytoplasm, mitochondria and nuclei of spermatocytes.
