Lipofiks, a new adhesive for pheromone traps manufactured in the USSR, was tested for dynamic viscosity in relation to temperature and also for adhesive power against the 2 Soviet materials in current use and a non-Soviet material. With regard to viscosity the materials were ranged in the order Pestifiks > GIPK-22 > Bird tanglefoot > Lipofiks, and with regard to adhesive power in the order GIPK-222 < Pestifiks < Lipofiks < Bird tanglefoot.
