Tobogganing - an old winter sport which has to be newly discovered in Switzerland
Tobogganing is seen as one of the oldest, best and healthiest types of winter sport. It offers not only a varied programme of leisure activities for children and other age groups on snow slopes, but also the opportunity for competitive activity on specially designed toboggan or bobsleigh runs. Tobogganing competitions demand a lot of courage, strength and skill as well as physical fitness and sensitivity, and tend to attract especially young adult males.
