Variability of trace element composition of seeds of basic grain legume crops and factors determining it



Agrokhimiya ( 3): 126-139



On the basis of a literature survey, the average Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Co, Mo and B contents in seeds were found to be 56.4, 20.9, 10.2, 36.4, 0.31, 5.40 and 7.0 mg/kg DM in peas, 131.9, 31.2, 14.8, 51.3, 0.37, 3.89 and 24.4 mg/kg in soyabeans and 61.7, 17.5, 8.5, 32.4, 0.73, 2.42 and 15.8 mg/kg in Phaseolus vulgaris.
