A study on the consumer's attitude to beef. 1. Consumer's purchasing pattern and preference

A survey on consumer preference and purchasing power for beef was made to obtain data for future direction of improving beef quality and breeding of indigenous cattle. A total of 646 households in Seoul and Kyung-gi province, Korea Republic, were interviewed by questionnaire.
