Analysis of trends in the sale of milk products

An analysis of trends in sales of milk and milk products in Germany up to 1 Oct. 1993 is presented. Per capita consumption of butter, milk drinks, 'light' products and processed cheese declined, while consumption of cream products, rice pudding, ready made desserts, quarg, fresh cheese, raw milk cheese, blue cheese and hard cheese increased.
